A representative of Monaco did not immediately return a request for comment, nor to provide details on the cafe’s food and beverage program.

Incidentally, news of the facility first broke in November 2021 when local media outlet 70 and 73 reported that the local planning board had approved plans submitted by owners Giovanni Visceglia and Giovanni Taccardi.

Those plans call for “24 electric karts, kids’ electric carts, a track-side cafe, two party rooms, an arcade, a play zone, and a Driver’s V.I.P. Club Lounge,” according to 70 and 73’s reporting at the time.
