The founders of Poké Bros. discovered poké bowls, which originate from Hawaii, during a trip to California. They started their company in 2016 by putting their own stamp on poké bowl recipes. Poké Bros. offers signature bowls, like the Johnny Utah with salmon, avocado edamame, cucumber, masago, OG sauce, and sriracha aioli, or build-your-own bowls. They also serve mochi ice cream.
