According to Paredes, the duo is hoping to host their grand opening celebration this winter.

“We are excited to show you what we’ve been collaborating on at Rosa’s Corner,” Paredes tells What Now Philadelphia. “Our modern deli & bar will bring an eclectic mix of deli specialties like matzoh ball soup, bagels & cream cheese, chopped salads, seasonal cocktails, challah French toast and much more. We can’t wait to see you soon.”

According to Crisci’s post, the support and mentorship from Paredes, who will be stepping in to help oversee operations at Rosa’s Corner, has been paramount to getting the new venture off the ground.

“A year ago, I met a woman…who has become such a strong support to me as a mother and a business woman,” Crisci wrote. “She has shown me how strong she is in work, family, and friendship…Cara Paredes and I came to [the] conclusion that we both have a vision and our vision together would be even stronger than either of us could ever think.”

She goes on to write, “A grand opening will be the opportunity for you all to see the vision we came up with. Cannot wait for you all to join us. Can’t wait to see all your smiling faces again very soon.”
