The wildly popular charcuterie concept, Graze Craze, recently made its Pennsylvania debut at 2190 York Rd in Jamison – roughly 30 miles outside Philadelphia – signaling the start of what could become a total of three locations around Bucks County, according to franchisee Kevin Jilbert.

Jilbert tells What Now Philadelphia that there are no concrete expansion plans as of yet, but should the initial location prove successful, future outposts could be established in areas such as Doylestown and New Hope.

“I’m hesitating because I need to prove out the concept,” says Jilbert. “If it works in this current location,” then an expansion timeline “could be sooner.” However, Jilbert adds, “If it’s not working, then there’s no need to invest more. So that’s why I hesitate, because it could be by the end of the year, but I think the better way to do it, depending on proof of concept, would be 2023, or early 2024.”

Nevertheless, in an article published on bucksco.today last Saturday, Feb 11, Jilbert was quoted as saying, “The local enthusiasm for unique cuisine makes Jamison the perfect home for Graze Craze. Our store is located at the intersection of York and Almshouse, which is an ideal spot for surrounding towns and communities to visit and enjoy our delicious charcuterie offerings.”

Graze Craze’s offerings are nothing if not unique, with an extensive menu of signature grazing boards fit for every diet, each with its own adorable name to boot, such as The Gone Grazey, Grazey for Keto, Vegegrazin, and Sweet & Grazey.

There are also seasonal favorites which currently include a Valentine’s Day-inspired Indulgence Board, as well as grab-and-go options for a light lunch, or the CharCutieCup, “designed as a snack for one on the run.”

The business was founded in 2018 by air force veteran Kerry Sylvester, with the humble mission “to approach everyone connected to Graze Craze with a servant’s heart,” adding on its website, “We are committed to a trusting relationship with our customers based on the perfect execution of design, quality ingredients, and customer service, by meeting our customers’ needs before they even know what those needs are.”
