Zatos Investments and The Jim Roche Real Estate announced the groundbreaking of Extrava at Fitler Square, a new luxury townhome development that will soon feature some of the largest residential properties in Philadelphia’s Center City district. The upcoming development, slated for completion in late 2023, will provide, high-end living designed to provide buyers the space of the suburbs with all the amenities of city life.

Developed by Zatos Investments and sold by The Jim Roche Real Estate Team, the Extrava development will boast four expansive five-story townhomes with over 5,000 square feet of living space, including three-car garages, multiple outdoor entertainment spaces, five-stop elevators, and an endless array of high-end design features. Located in one of the most desired and expensive neighborhoods of Philadelphia, the development will sit on South 24th Street, nestled between Ionic and Bonsall Streets. Each Extrava townhome will start at a base price of $4.85M.
