Other “coming soon” area locations include 40 Geoffrey Dr. in Newark, DE, and two New Jersey locations at 200 Passaic Ave. in Kearny and 45 Nathaniel Pl. in Englewood. They are also expanding with other locations throughout the U.S. Aside from the Whitman and Franklin Mills location, KPot is also open in East Brunswick, Jersey City, and Union, NJ, as well as Rockville MD.

According to their website, KPot was started by four friends from different backgrounds who decided to share their mixed cuisine over the same table. KPot combines traditional Asian hot pot with Korean BBQ flavors. Hot pot, also known as “soup-food” or “steamboat,” is a communal pot of simmering broth that is stuffed with raw ingredients like meat and vegetables to cook in the pot. They also have a healthy list of cocktails.

“KPot is for both the food adventurers and the social eaters. It’s about tasting the global spices and seasonings all while feeling a sense of community. Its hot pot and Korean BBQ modernized with a full bar and nightlife atmosphere. But in the true spirit of those four friends, KPot is mostly about gathering together for lively conversation over a feast of good food,” their website states.

KPot aims to lead a “cultural dining revolution” with their cuisine. One that “welcomes everyone.” You can check out KPot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot’s menu here to learn more about what they’re cooking up in their hot pots.
